Provided by YP.comI had the pleasure of working with Dr. Aaron Vanderhoof while I had my frozen shoulder, and the results have been nothing but positive! I have regained a full mobility of my right shoulder. He is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Aaron took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and tailored it to my specific needs. He made me a "home tool" (a trigger point ball on a stick for ease of use - I love that thing, use it daily) for muscle release. His expertise really made a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for all the progress I’ve made. I highly recommend Aaron—he’s patient, and truly dedicated to helping his clients. He truly loves what he does!

Provided by YP.comAs an endurance athlete of many years, I constantly put my body through the ringer and overuse injuries tend to come with the territory. Towards the peak of my triathlon season and a mere 8 weeks from my A-race, I began to develop achilles tendinitis. I sought out a doctor specializing in ART and I could not be more thrilled with the results.
From the moment I stepped inside the office, I felt at home. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and they clearly love their craft. The quality and care I received went beyond my expectations and I never once felt like "just another client". They not only listen, but they genuinely care.
i absolutely could not have gotten to the start line of my half ironman without the help of the incredibly talented and knowledgable Dr. Aaron. I know how rare it is to find a doctor who understands athletes and Dr. Aaron is that diamond in the rough. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure i was race ready and never once gave me any doubt. While my sessions started out focusing on my achilles, they later unfolded to treatments for a broken rib, as well. He knew exactly how to approach my injuries and I knew I was in good hands. He broke out all the treatments for me -- ART, Graston, cold-laser, power tools, and more. Not gonna lie -- it's not pain-free, but it gets results!! He also tried multiple different taping approaches for me to test in my training to determine what would be best to use in my race.
My treatment plan was well thought-out and completely customized. He put me in the driver's seat but gave me all the tools and knowledge i needed to make forward motion. I even had "homework" and tailor-made stretching routines to complete on my own.
With Dr. Aaron's aggressive sessions coupled with Daniel's massage expertise (the man's a healer!), I'm happy to say that I not only showed up up to the starting line of Augusta 70.3 (a victory in itself), but I ended up with a personal record to boot! I owe it all to Vanderhoof Sports and Wellness Institute and I encourage anyone -- no matter your ailment -- to give them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Provided by YP.comI went to Dr Vanderhoof for lower back pain after dead lifting improperly. I went in for an initial consultation and was thoroughly impressed. Not only was everyone in his staff extremely friendly, Dr. Vanderhoof was very knowledgable, enthusiastic and personable. He asked me the right questions about the pain I was having and was very easy to talk to. He did some muscular massage therapy, stretching and hip and spine adjustments and had me walking out of his office feeling remarkable better. He is very trustworthy and extremely passionate about the work that he does and delivers results!

Provided by YP.comIf I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: This is the place to go for back pain, Sciatica, and any knee, feet or shoulder problems. I went to many other specialist and chiros in the area none even came close. His massage therapist is great as well. He is the best out there!!

Provided by YP.comAfter getting knocked down in a soccer game a few weeks ago, I have been dealing with pain in my shoulder and numbness in my arm. I am not unused t these types of injuries, but this one seemed to be hanging on a lot longer than usual. I thought it might be time to try something different to fix the problem.
I was looking for a chiropractor and saw the excellent reviews for Dr. Aaron Vanderhoof, so I made the appointment. To be honest, I was nervous when I arrived, I was new to chiro and adjustments. Dr. Aaron took the time to listen to all my symptoms and answered all my crazy questions while he was treating me. He made it easy to relax and made the whole process easy. I only need a couple of pops and my ribs and neck were back in shape. I wasn't feeling any of the pain that was there just moments before.
Dr. Aaron took the time after the appointment to explain all the areas that she worked on and recommend some after-care. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Aaron.

Provided by YP.comAaron has been instrumental in my rehab since a car accident in Dec 09. I had never received chiropractic care before, so I definitely had hesitation in going.
Aaron is amazing at explaining everything he is going to do and why it is important. This made me much more at ease through my treatments. Additionally, he provides great knowledge about holistic medicines and approaches vs. old school medicine.
Through this process, Aaron has worked with me as my lower back pain was progressively getting worse. He scheduled me for an MRI which outlined an issue that Aaron would not be able to resolve.
Aaron has been working with me to find the right doctor to help with my issue - and provides treatment for me to help alleviate the pain while I struggle through numerous tests and waiting to get into the specialist! I am also able to look to Aaron to help with the treatment options recommended by other doctor's to ensure I am on the right track.
Aaron is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and is a really a great doctor!!!!
I give him the highest rank possible and thank you for all you do!!!!
