We are extremely pleased to report that the overall services provided at Park Villa for our sister who is a long term care recipient have been exceptional. Attentive and professional nursing/ medical staff. Supportive CNA assistance with her daily needs. Prompt communication with us on any changes required for her improved care is a service we have come to rely upon and really appreciate. The facility is kept very clean and all surroundings are maintained to provide a safe environment for all residents. The entire management team is encouraged to provide an open door policy to address resident's concerns and issues and the same holds true for their family members. We would and have strongly recommended Park Villa as a resource to our family and friends who's loved ones find themselves in need of this type of nursing and rehab facility.
