The Best Salon on earth! Cuts or Color, they're THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Excellent staff,products and results. Go There 1st!

Do NOT go to Sandy at this salon!



1. Had an appt with her at 2pm and wasn't seen until 3:30. No apology!



2. Would not listen to how I wanted my hair hilighted. Wants to do her own thing.



3. Rushed through my highlighting and left several outgrowths in parts.



4. Left me under the dryer with bleach on my hair for 1hr 15mins without checking on me.



5. Finally got my hair washed, walked to her station and she was with another client.



6. Did not have time to cut my hair (even though I had scheduled one) so she pawned me off to another stylist.



7. Check my hair after being washed and part of it was ORANGE!



8. Kept assisting her other client while I screamed MY HAIR IS ORANGE!



9. 20 minutes later, tried to fix the orange, but was not successful.



10. Made me pay FULL PRICE, however she said I don't have to tip her!



11. Had a letter personally to manager regarding situation and did not hear back from them.



DO NOT GO TO SALON L! They are horrible!
