I would not recommend anyone to use her service..she appears to be knowledgable and helpful to lure you in then follows up with no response and lack of response and integrity..beware

Worst customer service ever...does not complete work and I have not received a copy of my state taxes yet. SHE DOES NOT RETURN phone calls and conducts unethically and un professional...two previous reviews are entered by herself as few will truly give her a good rating...Beware..don't be fooled by the facade..

I used a professional CPA this year instead of on line do it yourself tax software. Wow, what a difference. I got morr deductions and higher refunf. She is professional and smart. Definitely recommend to all
