Country Day School is a premiere Kindergarten through 8th Grade school in the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Our elementary school (Kindergarten to 5th Grade) and Middle School (6th through 8th grades) offer small class-sizes and specialized educators in multiple subjects. We are an independent, WASC accredited private school serving families in PV, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, and all of the South Bay.

I love this school. My kids ar...

I love this school. My kids are excited to get to school every morning and don't want to leave when I come to pick them up in the afternoon. The teacher's a great and motivated and the classes are small-- Like 10 or so in kindergarten and around 18 in the other grades. We couldn't be happier and encourage all our friends to join us here. The sports are great too. I love the new athletic director and can't wait for 6th grade when my kids can join the sports teams.

Great school! Great teachers! Great families! Where else can your kids have small class sizes with individual teachers for music, art, science, Spanish (middle school now has Mandarin!) computers, 4 physical education teachers? I have toured and researched many schools and this was the PERFECT fit for our family.
