They have the most compassionate, understanding staff. They all went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would use Roberta's again and again. Good customer relations can't be beat!

Absolute unsatisfactory service. My wife had ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered on Dec 13th which is her birthday. We experienced issues with this order as follows:

1. The flowers were delivered on the 12th

2. The flowers ordered were the Deluxe version of the Victorian Teacup Bouquet. The flowers and arrangement that arrived were nothing like the picture or what was expected. As per description we would have anticipated "cream roses,pink spray roses, mini pink carnations and delicate pink limonum in a teacup and saucer" as per website. The flowers received were red and mostly greenery

3. If the flowers or equipment were not available it would have been good to receive a call to discuss options.



Ultimately we are unhappy with the arrangement delivered.



I first called to bring up this issue on Dec 13, 2015 and followed up on 4 separate occasions after that date with no resolution or call back to provide a path forward.

I am still waiting on my bill. I ordered flowers for a funeral for my Aunt. I have not received the bill. Please E mail my the amount and I will mail it to you. By the wan I have family in Wheeler also.

This is the only flowershop for me. The Finest Flowers available and I have used the other shops as well. Customer service my wife told me they even put her stuff in the car for her last week. My grand daughter still talks about the guy with the flowers who sang her Happy Birthday 2 years ago. They are awesome and take the time to ask how they recieve this shop. They have done incredible things since Ms. Roberta past, and she would be proud of them. Awesome flowers and plants, Awesome customer service & an Awesome testimony.

Well, where should I start….I had a very bad experience with this business. First of all, I called to order some flowers for mother’s day, but I called on Monday, one day after mother’s day, I wanted the flowers to be delivered that day. My mom wasn’t home and they left a note, my mom called and they told her they were gonna deliver them before 5 p.m. which it never happened. I called the very next morning to asked what happened and the owner started yelling at me saying that he is too busy attending a $5000 funeral and I just paid $35 for my mom’s flowers!!! Can anyone believe that?!!! And he said that when my mom dies, he will be there to deliver the flowers!! Like if I’m gonna ask him to that for my mom!! I didn’t really like what he said and I really think that that’s not the way to treat a costumer either he pays little or big money for flowers. I wanted my mom to have her flowers now that she is alive, not when she is dead!! I don’t really recommend this flower shop at all!! I rather drive 5 hours to deliver them myself than buying any flowers from them!!!
