This place is a absolute joke. I would highly recommend you taking your pet anywhere but this facility. The staff and care for the animals is pathetic. We were on vacation and our dog started having a seizure so we rushed him to this facility since it was the closest hoping to get him treated and cared for. We got there first go round they done blood work and X-ray said blood work looked good but in the X-ray looked like he had sand in his belly. They gave him Trazadone for anxiety said when he got anxious his throat would get small which was what she THOUGHT was making him have the seizure. We left thinking that they figured out what was wrong. 4 1/2 hours later he starts seizing again so we head back to the vet besides this time our dog was seizing when we took him in. The vet tech had the nerve to stand there while our dog is seizing and said she wouldn’t touch him unless a we paid $500. Money wasn’t the issue at all, however I was in shock at that point knowing she has wasted 10 min worried about a deposit instead of worrying about saving our dog. She was rude and obviously wasn’t worried about trying to save him. If you have a emergency with your pet I highly highly suggest you take your animal somewhere else if you want to see your animal alive. We wasn’t so lucky

Before the hurricane, I had taken my dog to this facility for years for ultrasound treatments. Service was very good. Ever since the hurricane, the staff is new and service has deteriorated. I’ve been disappointed with my last 3 visits and will try and find another emergency center for my fur baby.

If you can't pay they will not help your pet, even in an emergency where you pet is dying. The Vet said indeed my 2 kittens were dying and would have to have some test. No one ask for any money or any deposit. The paperwork I signed as well as their website stated that a deposit may be required to treat pet and it also had a billing option.

After the test were preformed he brought in a bag of items that he said would at least give my kittens a chance but that they may still die and to follow it and keep my fingers crossed and to come back in 5 days.

When I went to check out I was told that I had to pay in full and that the exam alone was 190.00 per kitten. I asked to be billed as I am unemployed and was told we never bill and if you cannot pay then you cannot have the treatment items. The office manager a tall, large, blond lady took the medicine and walked away.

I left them what I had brought for payment and left with my dying kitten and no treatment.

The vets and staff at Animal Care Center have cared for my babies for 14 years. They provide a loving and caring enviroment that eases the stress the dogs face when going in for boarding or treatment. We've had situations where we were dealing with traumatic events with two of our dogs and every available option was thoroughly explained to us so we could make informed decisions.

The kennel staff is wonderful. The kennel area has different options for the various needs and sizes of animals.

I love this vet's office and would not consider going anywhere else for my dogs' needs.

This clinic charges way too much and I did not leave satisified. They didn't help my pet and the staff was very rude.
