I worked with Lauren for a policy and she was a pleasure to work with. She took time to listen and find a policy that would suit our needs. Lauren called me to go through all of the details of the policy and took the time to answer any questions I had. I obtained a quote from one of their competitors, and the agent actually hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on the policy sent to me. Not all insurance companies are created equal.
