this place was terrible. The hot water in the shower fluctuations were so bad my daughter was burned. There were roaches on the bed and the balcony above us was so badly cracked from our view tthat I was afraid it was going to collapse. The only reason I rated 1star is because that was the only way I vould write a review. Tmanagement wouldn't do anything about anything that I told them

A Great Place to Stay

My Husband and I have stayed a Casa Loma numerous times before we got married and actually spent the majority of our honeymoon at Casa Loma just a few weeks ago. The manager and employees are all very friendly. The rooms are always so clean. The room rates are so affordable. The pool and grounds are all so pristine. And the view is awesome. Just a few steps and you are on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. We drive the extra few miles from Destin because it is such a great place to stay. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in Panama City Beach.

WE ARE THE MEYERS GOING ON 4 YEARS NOW EACH TIME WE COME TO FLORIDA WE GENERLLY STAY AT THE COSA LOMA HOTEL WE HAVE EVEN TOOK THE WHOLE FAMILY AND ONE SET OF FRIENDS.FRONT DESK AGENTS ARE VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE ANSWERS QUESTIONS KINDLY MANNERED,AND AS YOU KNOW WHEN YOU RECIEVE KINDNESS WHEN YOU OUT IT WARMS YOU UP THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS AT THE DESK AT COSA LOMA PANAMA CITY BEACH.OUR ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN IF WE NEED ANYTHING EXTRA CALL THE FRONT DESK THEY WILL SEE TO YOU GETTING WHAT YOU NEED/NO PROBLEM WE JUST ENJOY OURSELVES THERE.PLUS THE PRICE IS AFFORDABLE HOPEFULLY WITH ALL THATS ENTERED OUR WORLD ECONOMY WISE THAT IS GRATE NO PRICE GOGING THERE.WE PLAN TO MAKE RESERVATION SOON AFTER SPRING BREAK DONT WANT TO BE THEIR WITH THE KIDS.I WOULD AND HAVE TOLD OTHERS ABOUT OUR STAY AND LOCATIONS AT COSA LOMA THEY WILL SURELY ENJOY THEIR SATY JUST AS WE DO AND DID
