I have lived at Edgewater Crossings for the past 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The pool is amazing and the staff engages with the community through a variety of monthly events. They also have a program where you can earn points toward apartment upgrades or gift cards. The apartment is modern and updated and has a great view of the nearby golf course. I love that it is dog friendly and is in a good location. They have so many floor plans to choose from that I was able to find my ideal apartment. Edgewater Crossings has been a much better place to live than Cabana West and I'm so happy that I chose to move here.

When I was looking for an apartment to rent, I was having to do it from out of state. The leasing consultant was very helpful and understanding while working with me. I have been a resident now for 8 months and I love this complex and the staff is wonderful. If anyone is looking for an apartment to rent I highly recommend Edgewater Crossing. I am proud to say that I love my home.

An amazing place to live with a resort style pool and hot tub. Friendly staff and an all around great atmosphere.

What a gorgeous apartment my parents live in. Edgewater Crossings is very spacious and up to date. Nice grounds, ppl and staff. Very close to everything.

A great place to visit and call home!!!! My friends Nick and Louise Barbetta live here and I will be there in August with my grandson. The amenities are great. Love, love, love the pool and grill area!!!! Be sure to stop by and check them out if you are looking for a new place to call Home!!!

visited my mom and dad here at Edgewater Crossings and had a nice stay. apartments are very nice, w/ a hugge pool to relax in.

I love visiting family in Panama City Beach, especially when I get to stay in a well maintained, beautiful apartment, such as The Edgewater Crossings. Absolutely stunning.

My wife Louise and I have lived here for almost 1 year. We just recently renewed our lease. Edgewater Crossings is the place to live, We call it Paradise !!!! The apartments are great as well as all the beautiful amenities Come check them out, you will not be disappointed..

The gym's pretty good too,The apartments have new appliances.I visited my sister pass years so nice. Is convient to everything in Panama City Beach!!!!

We love living at Edgewater Crossing. It is a great place to call home. The office staff is wonderful and assist you in every way possible. The maintenance staff is great and completes all work orders quickly and thorough. The amenities are outstanding, especially the resort type pool.

The office has monthly events for the residents, which is a great way to meet new friends. We love calling this our home!!! Great location to all Panama City Beach has to offer!!! Edgewater Crossings is an amazing place to call home. Its conveniently located in the heart of panama city beach; which makes your favorite stores and restaurants, walking distance!!! So glad to call this place home!!

Edgewater Crossings has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are very modern and updated, and the amenities are nice. The pool is one of the nicest pools I have ever seen outside of staying at an all inclusive resort. The staff engages with the community through a variety of monthly events. It is centrally located to all of the action that happens in Panama City Beach, but is private enough to where you don’t have to partake in everything going on if you don’t want to. Also, the place is very dog friendly. I have been living here since last year, and it has been a great decision thus far.

It's pretty nice apartment living. Neighbors are friendly. Clean and the pool is super pretty. There are little neighborhood gatherings in the clubhouse like once or twice a month so you can get to know your neighbors and get free food so that's a plus. The apartments range but I'm in 3 bd/2ba and it's a good size.

Great place to live! Staff are the best. Residents are made to feel like family. Love how staff plan different events for residents.

Edge water has been great! We've really enjoyed our time here. Since moving here, we've met many neighbors who have turned into friends.

I really enjoy living at EC in Panama City Beach. They were very helpful when I had to find an apartment at the last minute, and accommodating with any service requests I've ever made. Which hasn't been many! The apt is spacious and there's many windows, which means lots of natural light! My unit was brand new, and all of the appliances are good quality too. If you have to live in PCB, I'd say live here!
