The multiple mistakes by the "expert preparers" almost cost me $1700. Even after I found the mistakes and verified with the IRS that the way they had done it was incorrect, the perparer at this office would not do anything about it. Her excuse for one of the mistakes was she "didn't know if that was allowed." I had to spend hours on the phone with a corporate representative to get my return fixed. On top of that, their mistakes generated extra forms which they charged me more for. Extremely unprofessional service.
