First off the owner on the phone was semi helpful giving a price list of different bouquets but no real description of sizes. I ordered a "basket" of flowers as a gift. He took my phone number in case there were any issues. However apparently they ran out of baskets so instead of calling and confirming a vase would be acceptable he sent just used a vase instead. He then proceeded to charge an additional $10 delivery fee on top of the quoted price. I initially asked how much it was to have a bouquet delivered and he quoted 3 prices and never mentioned any delivery fee. When I called and asked what the additional charge was he said I should have known that "all" florist charge a $10 delivery fee and really he should charge $20. This is the last time I do business here and I encourage you to find another florist.
