We had a beautiful condo that we looked online first to make our decision. Beautifully taken care of room. #404. Beautiful ocean balcony view! We had a good experience. Ordered over the phone after calling to see what they had available. Then looked online, then called back. The taxes and maid fee just actually made our 1 bedroom quoted per room price up to almost 200 a day. But we enjoyed and will consider them with our next stay. Plus they also give one free amenities to places of interest in the area. We went to Cpt Anderson shell island and a new lady got our credit card payment wrong she charged as cash. I called asi who set up the reservation after the trip the lady at Cpt Anderson called me multiple times for her mistake. Asi took care of it and even paid for their mistake. Thank you for our enjoyable vacation!

Do not book here!!! I called and talked to Tim. I needed a two bedroom to sleep 8. Even asked about a specific unit. (Pelican Walk 706). Apparently, I was misquoted by $200. When I called to book the room the women rudely informed me that he was wrong. She first told me that he was new and in training, then later told me that he had qouted me a one bedroom. She told me to look elsewhere, then hung up on me multiple times. When I tried to call back, she picked up the phone, then hung it up again. She even told me to book elsewhere. I don't think the property owners would be happy to know that she's telling people that. So rude!
