My friend and I (2 seniors ladies 69 and 67) stayed at Splash this year after staying there last year and really enjoying it. We had a good week however after making sure everything was just how we found it like we always do checking out we received an email that we damaged the stove. We were shocked. We never used the stove. We don't cook at home and sure don't cook on our beach vacation. I had 1500.00 dollars charged to my debit card!!! We couldn't believe what was happening to us. Never have we had any problems before. I am so upset with Southern Vacation Rentals and Splash. We liked staying at Splash but don't feel safe staying there anymore. We are honest people that would never damage anything. I may never know what really happened but I know as God is my witness we did not damage anything. I think I


got scammed out of 1500.00. What a shame Splash.
