Pretty standard

We have a standard kind size room with private balcony. There's a couch, coffee table, little two seat eating area. Small kitchen area equipped with blender, coffee maker, toaster, dish drying rack, some utensils, plates, glasses, skillet, cutting boards, two electric stove top, small fridge, and a microwave. Bathroom was roomy with a hairdryer. Closet came with extra towels and sheets. Balcony has two chairs and a little table. Internet is complimentary in each units. However, everything was very clean and at a very reasonable rate. Not too close to all the noises from Pier Park even though it is within walking distance. Great little getaway. No complaints here!

Kathy really be a mgr because she believes that your deposit is a credit. Meaning if you get your deposit back that really is a gift of apology for having a nasty mildew room.

nice place

We have stayed at seahaven hotel for 3 months. The rates for monthly rentals are very resonable. It is not a new property but they maintain it well. Our room was clean had a full kitchen and only steps from the beach. When we had noisy neighbors there security was quick to respond and kept things quiet and nice. I would stay here again.
