Absolutely a COMPLETELY incompetent staff and a possibly fraudulent organization, staff has not a CLUE as to what is going on nor do they care!

These people turned me over to a collection agency without sending me a bill. I called the collection agency to verify and my address, phone number were all wrong. The surgery center that they are affiliated with had no problem sending me a bill for the use of the surgery center. Stupid is Stupid does.

Turned me over to collections without billing my insurance. If I can only get them to bill my insurance they will get paid.

I broke my back and before I got home from the hospital they filed my account as delinquent and sent it to a collection agency. I was contacted and promisedear they would consider a settlement. When I tried to settle and pay them on their suggested settlement terms they increased the amount. I am now trying to do the right thing and pay off my debt but I am getting the run around. I hope I can follow this review with a positive one, but at this time I highly suggest you do not do any business with this company

I was turned over to a debt collector without any prior contact from the company. They had my address wrong. They never called me to correct the address just turned me over to a collection agency who had no problem calling or sending a notice. This company is very incompetent in handling billing information. BEWARE!!
