Provided by YP.comLove it here. Haven't had any issues. Any questions or concerns I have are always answered by the office manager and handled promptly. The maintenance guy is wonderful as well. Love how the lawn and pool are well maintained. Nice and quiet here. Would definitely recommend this place to small families.

Provided by YP.comVery quiet considering the current road construction on Baldwin. The office manager is great. She does her job well and enforces all the rules the HOA has voted on. Parking used to be an issue. Now we can actually find a parking spot during the day and evenings. Love our amenities, well kept lawns, pool is maintained well, courtesy officer lives in the neighborhood, a lovely place. Baldwin Rowe is an ideal central location right on the Lynn Haven city line. Close to shopping, grocery stores, 25 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach. Highly recommend! We love it here!!

Provided by YP.comBaldwin Rowe Town Homes is a upscale community and we would love to keep it that way, If ALL renters would read their lease and follow the rules set forth in their lease and understand we have many home owners in the community trying to keep up the property value of the homes they own. We have a wonderful HOA watching out for the owners investments.

I heard about the car towing, but a parking pass is required to park here. If the car was towed, it didn't have a pass. Sounds like people don't want rules. Don't all apartment complexes have parking passes?
The HOA or security officer will walk around to ensure parking passes are displayed. I don't see anything wrong with that.
This is an upscale place to live and not a party community. My kids love it here!

Provided by YP.comBEWARE!!! VERY shady....Lived here for 3 years and it has steady gone down hill!! The company that does the grass does a crappy job...leaves cut grass everywhere, misses huge chunks of grass so it is not clean cut and manicured. Since I have lived here we have been through three "office managers"...and I use that term very loosely!! The young girl that works in there now has told me she doesn't like conflict, so forget going to her about ANYTHING!! It will not get done!!!
I'm not sure exactly what my rent goes towards!! Supposedly garbage and pest control is included in my rent but I haven't had my house sprayed for pests in over a year and half the time the garbage bin is overflowing for days before it is emptied.
It is a gated community...the visitors gate NEVER works!!! So I have to get in my car and drive up there to open it for visitors.
When we moved in we were told that you have your garage and then your driveway for parking. NOBODY uses their garage and most of the time people don't use their driveway either. The guy 3 doors down from me has 5 cars and uses ALL of the street parking which leaves NO parking for anyone else. I have complained many times with NOTHING done!! There is NOT enough parking for every unit!!! It is always an issue! I've been told that if there is no parking on my street I am more than welcome to park on the other side of the complex and walk!!! WTH!! Are you kidding!! We all got 2 decals that was supposed to help alleviate some of the issues but apparently it is just to show where you live....they are good for NOTHING!!!
There is not enough lighting. Because it is so hot during the day a lot of tenants run at night....I've lost count at how many times I've almost hit someone that is running or walking at night.
Kids are not supposed to be playing in the road, by the pond or at the pool unsupervised. Kids are constantly unsupervised!!! There is nowhere for them to play but in the street!
My latest issue....the blinds in my master bedroom completely snapped in the middle of the night, I taped them up until the morning, went to the office to find out what needed to be done and I'm being told they do not have anything to do with the blinds!!! They have been here since we moved in!! I'm being told that it is my responsibility, that when you move in and the unit has blinds you can either keep them or throw them away...WTH!!! We are military...why would I move into a place that I have to provide the blinds when I'm only going to be here for 3-4 years!!! I would have NEVER rented a unit if it didn't have blinds!!!
They pick and choose what they want to enforce and what they don't!! I have found warning stickers on my car on 2 different occasions, provided by the "rent a cop" that lives in the complex, for things that I have been told by the office manager are fine. Be careful....your car will be towed at the drop of a hat,,..they will not try to call you first!!!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!! Military BEWARE!!! I have talked to numerous other renters. The rent is different for everybody it doesn't matter if you're in the same type of unit. I know someone that is paying $100 more than me for the exact same unit!!! They say they have a military discount....my advice talk to other military renters in the complex to see if you are REALLY getting the best rate!! IT IS VERY SHADY!!! And you are NEVER able to talk to the actual owner of the complex!!! Too bad I have to give one star because that is very gracious!!!
