If you are looking for a unique out of the way place to eat in Panama City you need to try Bayou Joes. We were looking for a place to eat for a large party of people and decided to try this restaurant. I was quite surprised when I pulled into the dirt parking lot with a bright pink building. I knew that I must have found a gold mine, because this was much better than any of the other places I had been to eat during my stay at the beach. The dining area was outside under a covered building with a view of the bay on all sides. While I was there 2 boats docked at the building and came on in to eat. The breakfast was amazing. My recommendation is to try the trash Omelet. Don't go to Panama City without trying Bayou Joes.

I accidently found this place, while listening to music in a nearby park. I decided I wanted to try it,and told my wife not to be swayed by the looks of the place. After our first visit, we could not stay away from the place. often having two meals a day there. The deep fried stringbeans are to die for. Every guest is treated like family. Can't wait to get bace there in April.
