We started remodeling our townhomes in 2014 and finished our remodeling in Summer of 2015. Our properties include new cabinets, counter tops, flooring, AC, fixtures and more! Our next project is to complete our office and then we will work on landscaping to make Butler Manor the place to live in Callaway, FL! Butler Manor has one bedroom bungalows or two bedroom townhomes to choose from. The one bedrooms are handicapped accessible. Our complex is pet friendly! Butler Manor allows cats and dogs up to 50 lbs. We do not allow exotic pets. We have onsite laundry facilities located near the office. We are currently working on offering free WiFi to all of our tenants. We have onsite maintenance to handle maintenance requests.
