Room keys don't work

We had to keep having room keys recharged they didn't work on the side doors nor our room. The phones in the room did not work. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Will not stay here ever again.

Theft Occurred

Several hours after I left the hotel, on a recent stay, I realized I left my expensive cashmere overcoat, hanging up in my room. I called the front desk and asked them to secure the coat for me. The room had been cleaned, but not rented out. Management called me back and said the coat was no longer in the room and they were not responsible for thefts in the rooms, even if the overcoat was obvioiusly stolen by their employee. Thus, they give their employees a licensee to steal from their guest; and obviously their employees will steal; because no one had access to the room but their employees. The hotel refused to take my claim and refer me to their insurance carrier. RLJ
