Service was good, but the food was bad,they got our steaks mixed up,I ordered a t-bone med.rare and my wife got a sirloin well,but mine was well and hers was rare and the shrimp was burnt

This was the second time back and after more than 10 minutes waiting to even say good night and bring water we left. Very, very bad service and organization. Find something else to eat. We did.

We were anxious to try since they opened but the parking lot was ALWAYS packed so when we found they weren't too busy on Sunday afternoon, we stopped in. Only 15 or so tables were occupied so we expected prompt service but received just the opposite. It took longer than normal for our drink orders to be taken but figured server might be in the middle of something. Finally gave our food orders and proceeded to wait. In the interim, nearly every table was visited by the manager to hear a complaint about their food. After 40 minutes of waiting for our food, server brought my son's spaghetti, hubby's omelet and a burger...I had ordered a salad. She returned a while later with my Prime Rib Salad...a bowl of salad greens with exactly 4 pieces of 1 inch square meat and this a nearly $10 salad! The spaghetti consisted of a plate of pasta with about a 1/2 cup of sauce in the middle and three tiny meatballs. This place is a joke! Poor service, incompetent employees and awful portion to price ratios make our choice to avoid this place a no-brainer. Don't waste your time and money just to be disappointed!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My co-workers and I have tried several times to go here on lunch. Terrible service, attitudes and food! Each time we have waited over 15 minutes just for our drink order. We were lucky to receive our food after 45 minutes of being seated and when we received orders, they have been wrong each time. The first time, I asked the server SEVERAL times if a food I was allergic to was in what I ordered, I was assured it wasn't. Well, it was, and it wasn't stated on the menu that it was. The second time, our order was completely wrong. The last time, there was someone with a dog on their table. I am aware service dogs are allowed, however on the table? The hash browns were still frozen, chicken sandwich was dripping wet with raw chicken on it. We asked several times for refills as our server, Alee, was literally running by table and never ONCE bothered to check on us. We called the manager over and the waitress proceeds to tell the table next to us that she won't serve us again. Well Alee, you have to actually SERVE your table the first time for there to be another! We had some co-workers at another table and all of us have been vomiting and have had sour stomachs for 3 days now. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

I went for the first time on May 5 th after midnite. Took awhile to be greeted if u call it that. Hostess wasn't smiling or happy to do her job. Food was ok, didn't care for the unprofessional behavior from hostess towards wait staff. Never saw a manager, very disapppointed. Don't know if I'll be back, seems smiles are hard to come by at ur restaurant.

Waited over 12 min before even getting noticed for drinks service so far sucks this rating was on service alone since I had all this spare time to post if food is decent I will adjust my 2 star rating
