My children have been patients with this practice for a little over a year and it has been a disappointing venture EVERY SINGLE VISIT. The receptionists and office staff have no professional manner and do not care about their patients/customers. They make absolutely ZERO effort to fix or even apologize for their own wrongdoings. I was given an appointment for my daughters TWICE only to get to the office and they tell me I never made an appointment and that I would just have to wait as a walk in which would result in me and my babies waiting THREE HOURS. Horrible practice that I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend to anyone with children!

i love this doctors office ive been going here for 2 yrs now & not had a promblem yet. thier doctors & staff are very good with all 3 of ny children. & dr ebeid actually talk to me about my children & whats going on with them i just want to say thank you!!

This doctor is okay if, you dont mind a bed side manner equivilant to a caveman. Not good with children, has no patients with them even if they are a little hyper due to waiting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. I did not find his staff friendly, his wating room and clinic did not seem to be as clean as it could have been. And boy was he rude! maybe someone would like him if they enjoyed to be walked out on in mid conversation because your child was making noise on the sanitary paper on the table. Hey...maybe he should work with kids... or maybe he should just find an area of medicine that requires no contact with young patients.
