Horrible company to deal with. The manager is extremely rude.

I wanted to use a local company because a power chair would eventually need service and a lot of power chair companies online have a poor service rating. Called Gulf Medical three times in Panama City, Fl. and no one would call me back. Called the home office and they said someone would call me. Ha! Called the local branch again (A glutton for punishment) No one could help me but someone would call me. Another week and Nothing. Ordered one one-line. Finally Gulf Med. did called me back. Too late. They had the nerve to tell my wife that we should still get one from them because their service was SUPERIOR
