I received an e-mail order confirmation for my order from Hannah's Gifts & Collectables on 02/14/2010. The confirmation message was a bit confusing, it stated both that my order had shipped and also that it was on backorder. I e-mailed Hanna's at [email protected] on 02/15/2010 but did not receive a response from them regarding my order. I've sent three (3) e-mail messages since then but still no reply. I located their phone number [1-850-769-3470] here on yellowpages.com. The voice mail box is defaulted to the machine genereated voice that comes with the phone, I left a message with my return phone number regarding this order however since a defaut machine voice answered I cannot be sertain that I actually reached them. So here it is March, and still have not received my order or have I received and contact from Hannah's. NOT GOOD!!! My advice is stay away from this place. Probably just some bevy of scam artists me thinks now.
