RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! My first visit to this place and my last. There was no greeting, no smile and NO customer service. She spent the entire time telling me everything she couldn't do instead of being friendly or helpful. Don't bother with this woman... she's a complete negatoid and presents a lousy first impression.

I went to her to get my wedding dress fitted and she was the most unprofessional rude person I have ever dealt with. She knew nothing about me or my situation (having had back surgery and losing weight) she said she couldn't take the dress out although I found a lady who did an excellent job. Told me to sell my dress and when I said I would go somewhere else and she told me "don't get made at me your dress doesnt fit, its your fault you did it to yourself." I was so upset I was shaking with rage. I told her I was not mad at her I was made because of her unprofessional behavior and how dare her make a bride feel she is too fat for her wedding dress. I weigh 135 lbs and am busty not fat. I would not send my worst enemy to her. Everybody says that she is the most unpleasant woman and just likes to be hurtful, when I went to local businesses in the area involving weddings, they were familiar with her and related similar stories.
