Have you ever looked at your computer with sheer hatred in your eyes? Me too. Honestly, Russell at MaceTech is the best guy for the job. He's on-call (which is what I love the best)... Also, more than any other IT person I've ever worked with, he really breaks it all down for you. He's not condescending about the fact that he is well educated in something that is really complicated to most folks. I think he's great.Listen to this: he actually trains people to do the work themselves. Amazing! You call him for help and he actually can set up a time to sit down with you and give you a lesson and the ability to never have to call anyone for help again! But you will; You'll call MaceTech cause you'll feel totally safe with them. Their just awesome people. Seriously.
