Picked up a friend there that was having brakes done on his Cadillac CTS-V. Everything seemed fine afterward, until months later when his car began acting up horribly, and caused thousands in damage. Turns out it was traced back to a bad brake job at Mad Hatters in which they didn't tighten the caliper bolts. Luckily there was no accident, only lots of new repairs to pay for.

this place is a joke,I was being quoted 2 diffrent prices on a oil sending unit and over two day it went from bout 60 to 225 dollars,the manager was on vacation and said that he can't help his uneducated staff gave me the wrong price ,he was extremely rude cussed at me and was not at all helpful ! I would not recommend going there on just the fact of the management and the poor knowledge of cars oh and another thing I had to put a star to submit this ,otherwise I wouldn't have put a star at all
