Centurion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Panama City is the first and only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in Panama City, Florida. We are a serious Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, we focus on tough and hard training in a safe and clean environment. While only about 10% of our students choose to compete everyone gets the opportunity to train like a competitor. Our training focuses on self-defense and competition style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Most students attend the classes to get a great workout and get in shape. However, everyone leaves with more confidence, a better fitness level and the tools to defend themselves should the situation ever arise.
