How these idiots ever got a good review is beyond my comprehension.
They are the worst place to rent from.
Scum properties and they are truly SLUMLORDS.
DO NOT RENT SNYTHING FROM THEM.

Tenants-be very very careful. Read your contract. I moved in to my condo 2 1/2 months ago. Now, the owner has decided to put it up for sale and will give me a 60 day notice to move out once they sell it. Yup, it's in the contract that they can do this. And realtors only have to give me 24 hours notice before they show the condo. The attitude of Nautilus is "oh well" and rather snobby. Love the condo-that's the only reason Nautilus gets two stars. I will never do business with them again.

Worst management company ever! If you care about your property or home, DO NOT TRUST Nautilus Realty & Management because they allow tenants to DESTROY your home! I only signed a year contract with this terrible & irresponsible company who did anything BUT manage my home. This company took advantage of my property (my home) & even allowed multiple families to occupy the house--even in the garage! The water heater, sump pump, furnace, microwave, oven, garbage disposal, windows, closets, & cupboards were all broken. The yard was neglected and there is a terrible mold problem everywhere in the house. If cancer had not been an issue I would have never had to rent my house out in the first place, which Nautilus Realty knew about & took advantage of the fact I wouldn't be anywhere in the area. When I was able to get back to my house, I was sick to myself! I lived in my home for almost 10 years and in only 1 year Nautilus Realty & Management turned my home into a disaster area. Nautilus Realty denied any of the damage was done by the tenants because they didn't want to take responsibility, but fortunately I took several photos the day I moved out. Unfortunately the deposit didn't even begin to cover all the damages. I also received a letter from the debt collection agency because the tenants did not pay their gas bill. The owner of Nautilus Realty & Management isn't near as rude as his wife who answers the phone, but they are both sleazy, sneaky, & ready to ruin your property & take all your money.

Just a brief note to express my profound appreciation for the professional services of Michael Smith. We've had our beach house rented through Pelican Realty for many years. On numerous occasions we had non responsive property managers handling the leasing and management of the house. When we first started working with Michael Smith, we immediately saw a significant improvement in the level of customer service the Michael provides, as compared to other property managers we have worked with. After the transition to Nautilus Realty, Michael assured us that he was remaining as our property manager, and shared with us his enthusiasum about the move to Nautilus. He has consistently gone "above and beyond" to keep us satisfied, and people like that are a real asset to any organization. I just wanted you to hear from me what a valuable asset you have in Michael Smith.
