We spend a majority of our time at work--a majority of our lives in fact. And yet for many people, work is something to be dreaded and to retire from as quickly as possible. It’s tragic. That is why nearly 30 years ago, Redmond began an experiment. What if there was a place where we could find our greatest opportunities for fulfillment, personal development, and deep, lasting connection? What if that place was work? Our dream is for work to become a place where everyone feels like they are a part of something greater than themselves, where they are able to develop and volunteer their uniqueness, and a place where they have true friends. We are 30 years in, and still striving to bring this vision closer to reality.
