Hired for a nasty divorce and let me tell you Ogburn talks the talk but in the end I lost everything, Marital & non marital items. I asked Ogburn to make sure all items are to stay put until we go in front of the judge. Didn't do. Spouse got busted for drugs being one charge and several other charges and told Ogburn that I wanted to get custody of my 2 girls,. OGburn did nothing! When a judge for a domestic dispute told my wife that nothing was to happen to the safe that my guns and ammo were in and if anything was gone the judge would hold her responsible and for me to tell mt lawyer if anything was missing. The safe was in the house that the spouse was in at the time. Well when I finally got my things from the house and looked in the safe, well you guessed it, almost empty! told Ogburn and he did nothing. I take the statement back that Ogburn did nothing. He did do something,he said she cant do that. Time after time he said she cant do that!!! WELL SHE DID and now i have nothing but a empty wallet and none of my non marital things, things that i had since grade school, things that were mine for over 40 years. SHE CAN'T DO THAT, well she did Ogburn and you did nothing but say those four words. Thanks for nothing.

This was a DCF case involving our grandchild & when I tell you everything that could possibly go wrong...it did! I guess you could say with all the twist & turns in this case, it is by far one for the records. We retained Mr Ogburn in what most would say was, "The Witching" hour. Very limited time to make mountains move in favor of the future of our grand baby. Mr. Ogburn came in did his job above & beyond expectations. Which in turn lit the fire under others whom did not do their job like they should have from the start. Accountability & progress was made when he stepped in & finally progress was being made. Our only regret is not retaining him sooner. He is tough & will tell you things you may not want to hear but all I can say is, "suck it up" because he knows what he is doing & is only helping when others falter with truth, facts, & justice being served. He is & always will be a blessing to us for helping save our grand baby to what could have & almost was a life where she would have been yet another sad story & statistic. Because of Mr Ogburn's knowledge & tough court room demeanor we can say without a doubt that he helped save our grand baby's life who will now have the life that this innocent baby deserves with a loving & bright future ahead. To God be the glory for leading us to him & bringing hope and justice for this baby's future. Thank you Mr. Ogburn!!
