I live in Peachtree Commons and I cannot believe these people. They are all liars. Nothing has been fixed in my apartment since September. They come and look at the needed repairs and never come back I had a two hour meeting last Tuesday with Karen Reynolds who is the "manager" and she lied to me and my neighbor. I have had water pouring in my apartment since I got here and they keep promising to fix it And Karen Reynolds told me that the pool would be opening on April 18, 2015 on two different occasions as mine and my grandson's birthdays are on the 25th and I invited my 2 grandkids to come over and swim. Guess what, that is a lie. I hate lying to my grandchildren. It breaks their hearts. Michelle said it won't be open until the 2nd of May. Karen Reynolds was not even there today at 2pm so that I could talk to her about it. This place is the very last place that anyone would want to live!!! Ask anyone that has lived here more than 4 months and they will complain about the lies, lack of repairs, unprofessional employees and ridiculousness of this place. These apartments are advertised as newly remodeled. That is a joke. There are people moving out left and right which is how they recently rented out 26 units with their lies. Wow!!!!

I would tell everyone and anyone that Royal American Management is a SUPER shady business... just a bunch of old caty women that need to get out of High School. If you can rent with ANY other management group, go for it. This management group is a joke.
