You may not be safe if their driver creates problems for other drivers. I gave the owner or mgr 3 days to respond to an email; they didn't return my phone calls either. Saturday morning (7/19/14), a limo was parked in front of our garage door, waiting for a pickup from another apartment. It was pouring rain. When my wife wanted to back out, he only backed up a few feet, only inches clear of the door. He left no room for her to turn left so she could drive forward to the right and exit. When she tooted her horn to move further, he sat in the limo and gestured something. All he had to do was back up another 15 feet for 5 seconds to let her out. I started videoing with my phone. My wife got out in the rain and yelled, “Really? You won’t move so I can get out?” He again gestured but didn’t budge. My wife is not comfortable backing up. With rain so heavy, seeing out the rear and side windows was difficult, she had to back straight out, pull forward and back three times to negotiate the tight 90 degree turn around the front of his limo, then squeeze past him taking up more than half the driveway width. She opened her passenger window to yell, “You’re such a jerk for making me do that when I can’t see! Why couldn’t you move a little?” I heard him yell sarcastically, “You have a nice day, lady!” She then had to back blindly around the back of his limo to leave. The driver waited for another 2 minutes for his pickup. Nobody at this company cares about this lack of decency or courtesy to a woman in a heavy rain. Do you want them giving you a ride?

this morning of April 21St at approximately 4am one of your drivers Austin M. Got out of his vehicle to jump into an altercation that could have turned into a bigger situation. I will be taking this up with EVERYONE that has to do with transportation of any kind. It is ridiculous that a business would let someone react the way that your employee has acted I will be calling in the morning the employee that I called around 4 this morning hung up the phone. I am highly disappointed in the business you are running. Please do not make a safe ride home become a company that we in Panama city resent. I will not be treated the way that this business has treated me and my coworkers. Please fox this problem before things get too far out of hand.thank you -Alex
