They Tried to Rob Me!! As a disabled single mother, I asked for a unit in front that could be seen from the office. The guy was willing to give me one, but the manager had other plans. She put me in the back, but didn't tell me. She offered to call a handyman to help move my items in. But he came w/3 other guys &a Van. The mgr told my friend to move my truck to the back while I waited to be processed. Evidently she told the handyman too. He went straight to the back with his gang & truck.They start going thru my stuff in the back of the truck and didn't know my girlfriend was in the front of the truck. They were asking each other if they see anything they wanted. So if it weren't for my friend texting me what was happening, they would have gotten away with all my stuff. I had to leave the office to watch them because she was delaying my paperwork on purpose. They were very mad with me, even start cursing and putting my stuff in so I couldn't get to anything. They even put my brand new office printer under very heavy large boxes to crush it. The box was obviously too small to be on the bottom, & to boot, behind a washer so I couldn't correct it. I had to find someone to move me out of Sentry & into another Storage place just to fix it, because they ganged up on me when I requested they stack my things properly, they told me it would cost me more, etc.

The unit I found is safer, secure all around, cheaper, and more professional. I would have paid more to get away from Sentry, but it cost less.

Be aware that the manager lives on the same block and they have a locksmith on premises, so if they want to get in your unit they will. The manager is very rude and callous, maybe because she normally gets away with her plan. After all, the way their plan works, no one would know they've been robbed until they move out.
