I've yet to have a good experience here. I love sonic but this is the absolute worst location in Panama City. Every single time I have come here, without fail, the employees have been very rude to me. They get my order right most of the time--that is when they actually take my order. On multiple occasions, I've sat at the stall, pushing the red button many times because they've kept me waiting so long that it times out and resets. Then I will switch stalls and still sit waiting for so long that the red button resets, all while customers around me are having their orders taken. This usually results in me wasting a lot of time and going to the drive-through... Where my order STILL isn't taken. On top of that, I wouldn't apply to work at this location either. When I applied and showed up for the interview at the previously agreed upon time, the manager screamed at me over the phone and blamed me for coming at a bad time for her even though she agreed on that time. She told me (yelled at me) to come back later and needless to say, I did not. My experiences here as a customer have been nothing but awful, my experiences here as a possible employee have also been awful. It's an all-around bad place to go. I'd just go to the 23rd street location if you really want Sonic.
