Messed up my whole order and would not answer all the food was bad got fax as well

Tried several times to call the Taco Bell at 434 N Tyndall Parkway in Panama City Fl and only got a Fax to answer. Call the one on W 23rd st and they answered on the 3rd ring. I asked the 23rd St store if the Tyndall store was open and they said they had no idea. Every time we've tried to call the Tyndall Parkway store we never get anyone to answer. Several times that we have walked in to get a take out order they have gotten the order wrong and have never done anything to correct their mistakes. They have over charged and left out items or put a cheaper item in the order. Every take out from the Tyndall Parkway store must be checked at the counter before you leave the store or you are screwed.
