VERY BAD BUSINESS Took 2 250lb hogs and Deer to be processed, Hogs already cutup into quarters = Ask for Hams tobe 1/2 slice, Loins tobe cut, rest in sausage. Deer also already cutup into quarters Hams tobe made into cube steaks, rest added to Hog sausage.... DEERSHACK - sliced only 1 of the 4 hog hams 1/2 sliced, 3 of my hams and my loins & one of my deer ham as well were grounded up into sausage. the other deer ham cubed. VERY BAD BUSINESS GUYS. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY. Sorry mom we'll have to eat sausage this year for Christmas Dinner
