The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Refused to pack box with stuffing. refused to give insurance. She literally balled up the paperwork and shoved it in the box. Not folded, not rolled, but balled it up like trash and crammed it in the box. It was all I had to keep from going off on that old lady. Fed Ex or USPS from now on. Never again UPS.

What a way of doing business. I want to talk with a real LOCAL person at the distribution center in my area. It's I'm possible.

I have used this UPS location for years. They are kind and thorough and go the extra mile to be sure our items are properly packaged to avoid damage. They answer your questions and give you advise on how to save more money for your business.

WOW I have not seen incompetence of this magnitude outside of the federal govt,
