I was recommended to this lender by a friend and not only was i happy with the outcome i was happy with the low fees. I was worried with such a small company so i did my proper license checking and it all came out legit. These guys are for real and i found out have been in the business for 8 years with the loan officer being in the business since 1990. This company has a low over head so they charge you 0 points. 0 points! all i had to pay out of my pocket was for 3rd party fees. I love my new place and would and have recommended this place to my friends.
