Wait is long, very unprofessional, & make a lot of errors.



I know that we're all humans and we're not perfect but carelessness is a whole different story.



I completely agree with the comment below.



It's just a waste of time going to this place. I would recommend the San Diego Group instead.

I want to share and warn you with the EXPERIENCES i had. Bad customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL! First, I called to get an appointment a week before then I even called and confirm it three days before. When I got there, secretary/receptionist told me that I don't have one and I have to wait for at least an hour. We are so tired and stressed from work but still they want us to wait. Then the owner heard the conversation and offered us to come back that night before they close - we left. Then I called two hours before they close, to let them know that we're on our way, the receptionist said "oh, i have to reschedule you some other time because we're about to close." She simply don't care! I had no cho0ice so I said okay this time, let's schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment again, same thing happened. I don't have an appointment! But then I decided to just wait. A couple arrived and as I was waiting, they approach the secretary and said we had an appointment but then I over heard her say I don't see any appoinment for you but have a seat. Then she came up to me and said I have to prioritize them first because they have an appointment. U KIDDING ME?! Guess what, I still didn't learn my lesson. A woman input all my infos in the computer and it only took her 20 mins. I got surprise! They didn't even asked questions that they were suppose to. When I asked how much is it, I got surprise that it was too expensive. I should've went to H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt! After two days, I received a call then they said my taxes were rejected because thgey made an error. When I got my taxes, it was only 10% of what should've been my refund. I receive a letter stating that this tax preparer made a lot of errors and missed a lot of questions! I was so pissed cz I paid them with a bog amount of money to put me in this trouble! Called them and asked them and they didn't even want to help! Don't waste your time with this place!
