This company has horrible service. I went grocery shopping by my home and came out my car wouldn't start so i had to walk home. Next morning car is gone. I put the Ralphs parking lot letter in my car but because my tents are so dark i knew it would not be seen. However my car got called in to be told according to this company...though the manager of today Sept.20 is stating this is not acurate.my car has been yold in less than 15 hrs and they said $218. The problem is the guy was so rude and told me no one is at the office so we will call you later when u can pick it up. That is not right and not how it goes. And to charge me to pass my house up is ridiculous. I am going to do everything in my power for them to loose their contract with Ralphs. Rude, not understanding and bad business practice.

Im a property manager in north Hollywood ca I just woke up to the fact that this piece of crap company has towed my tenants car with no authorization whatsoever and now we are calling and trying to get the people on the phone to get the car back and there not answering the phone!!!!!!!! These idiots are the most unprofessional and inconsiderate people I've ever had to work with!!!!!!!!
