Provided by YPmobileThe asst mgr so rude kicked me out of the store after they screw my phone up and changed my plan without my permission to double my bill. Took 3 hours with tech support to fix my phone and two hours to fix my account. Filed two complaints and no one has the balls to call me back. Verizon should fire the whole and close this location as its that bad
