Provided by YP.comWhile Dr. Capuli was trying to adjust my neck he seriously injured my shoulder blade ! I have been unable to sleep laying down ever sense . I now have to sleep sitting up in a recliner . this guy is a total IDIOT !!!! And he doesn't seam to care about his patient's . I'll never go to him again .
