I went to KFC today 10/16/2016 with my fiancee and soon to be mother-n-law. She bought us lunch after church. We walk in and the crew worker: Hector was rude right off the bat. First was like we only do cash, no credit card. We had a coupon for $5.00 for three pieces of chicken, sides and drink. We wanted to pick our own sides and Hector was like oh we can't do that. We went to get drinks and the vitamin water was out so I let Hector know and he (Hector) was like: Oh. The entire time we were there he didnt replace the drink in the fountain. The entire store was so hot we couldnt eat our meal. My mother-n-law got a to go box and bag for her, than I went up and got one for me and my fiancee. I started to walk away and Hector in a rude voice was like I already gave boxes. I was like it was not enough. (I am thinking we live in different places). Went back and told family what happened it was a very bad experience with rude crew. I felt like he was being rude and being dicrimiated to because we are white. Everyone in there was hispanic.
