I came to this salon because I wanted to get my black hair to a brown. I needed it to be done for an event ASAP so I took my chance. After finding out she has 13years of hair experience and a cosmetology license I decided to take my chance. I showed the picture to her she looked at it for maybe 15sec then handed back my phone. There was no detail questions to ensure I was going to achieve the color I desired. By the way my hair is healthy and I have gone natural I just wanted something different,"A new look". When it was all done only the top half of my hair was light brown the rest was black. Her response was it's ombré. Let me mind you I never asked for ombré. I just wanted a nice brown. However i thought maybe I could like it and it could grow on me. I still payed because I never walked out of anywhere without paying. When I got to the car and had natural light I realized how bad it was. My naturally curly hair was now bleached which means it was damaged to get a undesired look that I still payed for. I didn't want to do a color correction with her because I didn't think she was capable of doing color after that point. I went to another stylist and she died it jet black. However the damage is already done.
