We had an unbelievably challenging electric problem with a significant short that shut down our electricity in half the upstairs. Wayne from Mr. Electric did a thorough analysis, testing every wire in the house and in the end stated that we had to have another electric panel somewhere. That was hard to believe since we'd lived in the house for 8 years. He found the panel in a built-in book case, the door to the panel matching the oak wood perfectly. He and an associate came back another day in 10 inches of snow, and got the short fixed. We worried about the cost and could not believe how little he charged for a day and a half. This organization is so professional, does not overcharge, has a tremendous work ethic and is sure to find the source of the problem. If I had a choice, I'd give them a seven out of five.
