JON D. McCormick is an entrepreneur that has started and owned 5 Corporations in the building industry. Working and paying HIS WAY through nebraska wesleyan university. It was the construction industry that provided that opportunity. After graduating. JON worked in building materials distribution before starting HIS first Corporation in 1996. Several other Corporations followed. ALL in related fields. But HIS passion was realized in building custom homes for people. SO taking ALL of the experience from dealing with manufacturers and materials distribution. Partnered with MR. Schram to PUT together a team that accentuates each other’s strengths to give NEW home owners what they want! which is to feel right AT HOME! ROD Schram, a native of omaha. Is NO stranger to the construction business. HE began working with HIS FAMILY'S remodeling business and other NEW home builders in the area when HE was 16. HE was afforded the opportunity to work from the ground UP from laying block to roofing. After college. ROD continued to work in the NEW home building industry. However. HE HAD dreams of doing something bigger. Rod's goal was to build high quality. Custom homes AT an affordable price. HE wanted to NOT only give customers NEW custom homes for their money. But also the most pleasant buying experience possible.
