Management Is a joke! Tracy and Sharon wouldnt last another day as managers if i owned that place. If they dont like you forget it they will kick you out ...its a motel for gods sake! The other tenants ( Jessica) are ass kissers and back stabbers. They can get away with anything because they kiss ass...they are terrible parents they just pawn their kids off on everyone else and let there babies run but love to call everyone else a bax parent. The worst one is Sharon, back stabbin big mouth mean lady...tells people how to parent and runs her mouth while her wheelchair bound kid is in the room alone. Good luck if you stay there.

First of all I called twice before I moved in once to ask if there was a pet fee , No was the answer but after moving in was told there is a $40 fee, and I called once again to ask if they had internet. They do have internet but there coverage is crap...Get a signal boost guys! a simple router will not cut it if you have tennants across a parking lot. AND! There are outdoor models.Secondly after moving in I noticed the exterior door had a bad latch in it allowing the handle to spin freely. Hello! Fire Hazzard!I reported it to management,even offered to fix it myself, and a week later a knock was at the door and I was informed that rent was not paid on Friday... This happened on a monday...The rent was paid in full and the issue was there poor bookkeeping, but, I asked about the door being fixed and instead of the latch being replaced they just removed it. So basicly it does not latch at all... O.O
