Their customer service is non-existent. We dropped off a part to be worked on, asked for a simple estimate on both time and cost. They could never provide it despite multiple calls over a week and a half of not knowing. After the 3rd or 4th call asking again if they knew when they would get a chance to work on it, the owner rudely told me that if he could get off the phone, maybe he could get to work on it. Finally, after I decided to just go pick it up, they told me what the cost would be AFTER they worked on the part...without my authorization. The cost was very high and if I had known it would cost this much, I would have just replaced the part. I reluctantly paid for it, and it works, so I can at least say that the work is good.

I know pa-pillion is a good company I would to work on the produce.to put my trade and to get my experience and I will do well and I am hard worker and i am certified welder. I have a welding diploma
