Back again already :( Had another fender bender and took my car back to Classic Auto Body after having such a great experience the last time I was here. The estimate was thorough and they were able to get me in right away for repairs. Great customer service and they always kept me updated. Loved the result and just like last time... looks like new! Thank you Classic Auto Body! Great job!!

From the first time I met the team at Classic Auto Body I felt comfortable that they were professionals and would take care of me through the whole process. They handle the rental car, work with the insurance company and repair the car just like it was before the accident.

Classic Auto Body is fantastic...

Classic Auto Body is fantastic! Excellent, courteous customer service, very detail oriented, and wonderful work! I never had any questions regarding the status of my vehicle, and I knew exactly what was being repaired and why. I appreciate both the owner and staff taking the time to explain in detail everything that was going on with my vehicle, from the initial walk around, through the successful completion of all repairs. I am very pleased with the work that was completed and will definitely return/recommend them to my friends and family!

I HAD TO GET AN CAR ESTIMATE O...

I HAD TO GET AN CAR ESTIMATE ON MY CAR GOT ALL OF MY PAPERWORK THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON GAVE ME A COMMENT CARD TO FILL OUT THEN SHE STARTED TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER THAT GAVE A BAD COMMENT IN DETAIL SINCE SHE WAS BRAGGING ABOUT WHAT GOOD SERVICE THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON THEIR WORK 3 YEARS IN THE RUNNING I REALLY STARTED TO FEEL VERY UNEASY AND ALL THAT COULD THINK ABOUT OF THAT CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY AND THE LAW.... PARADISE IS SUCH A SMALL TOWN I THEN MADE MY APPT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER MY APPT TIME WAS TODAY 4 30 2012 I WAS EARLY SHE GREETED ME AS SAID THAT I WILL RIGHT WITH YOU I SAID OK I AM EARLY ANYWAY SHE FINISHED WITH HER CUSTOMERS THEN SHE SAID ARE YOU READY? ALL I HAD TO DO WAS DROP OFF MY KEYS AND PAPERWORK TO SIGN SO WE WENT OUT TO MY CAR FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION I ASKED HER WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS YOU ALREADY TOOK PICTURES AND THE PAPERWORK SHE SAID I HAVENT GOT ANYTHING FROM YOUR INSURANCE I SAID CALL MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS JUST NICK PICKING MY CAR POINTING OUT THINGS THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REPAIR IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN I SAID ARE YOU DONE SHE SAID YES THEN I LEFT THE BUILDING TO WAIT FOR MY RIDE THEN THE OWNER CLAUDE MEANS CAME UP TO ME AND SAID I AM SORRY I DECIDED WE CANNOT REPAIR YOUR CAR DO TO THE FACT YOU WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A GOOD REVIEW I WAS BESIDES MYSELF IN GRIEF I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WENT TO THE OWNER WITH SOME STORY AND TURNED IT ON ME THE CUSTOMER. IT'S IS NOT MY PROBLEM IF SHE DID NOT GET THE PAPERWORK FROM MY INSURANCE THAT IS HER JOB TO FIND OUT THESE THINGS SHE HAD 3 WEEKS TOI DO SO.. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY GOT RID OF THR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON CLASSIC AUTO BODY ALL THEY THINK ABOUT IS THE COMMENT CARD SO THEY CAN GET GOOD REVIEWS FROM THE INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST WHEN YOU DROP OFF YOUR CARS THEY ARE NOT SAFE I ASKED PLEASE LOCK MY CAR THEY SAID THEY CANNOT THEY LEAVE YOUR CAR UNLOCKED AT NIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT IT'S NOT SAFE....VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT DO A VERY GOOD JOB GETIING YOU CAR REPAIRED ANYWAY I TOOK MY OTHER CAR THERE FOR REPAIR AND I HAD TO RETURN IT BEWARE OF THE SHOP...AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
